To park and return guests vehicles promptly, courteously and safely.
Essential Functions:
• Park guest’s vehicles
• Greet and welcome guests to the Hotel
• Display ability to provide directions to guests
• Display ability to manage high guest flow while operating vehicles in safe and careful manner
• Retrieve guest’s vehicles
• Assist guests with luggage when necessary
• Assist Bell staff when needed
• Complete Daily Valet Log
• Display ability to complete vehicle inspection and vehicle tagging
• Accept other special duties as required by management
• Demonstrate knowledge of Bell staff functions to assist during peak operations
• Display the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
• Display ability to provide guests with local and hotel activities and information
• Demonstrate proper Omni phone answering standards
