Omni Care Interns are provided a summer internship opportunity that will result in acceptance into our LID (Leader in Development) program at the end of the summer season based upon performance. The F&B OCI Supervisor oversee's day to day operations for the opening and closing of the assigned food and beverage facilities. Maintain the staffing, service, revenue and profit standards of the various operations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise departmental operations and approximately 50 employees.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of two years supervisory experience in Food and Beverage with high volume preferred. Basic knowledge of hotel food and beverage.
